  • Where are LEBODY brand products manufactured?

    Lebody is from South Korea and all products are manufactured in South Korea to CE standards.

 

 

  • Will it harm my skin if used incorrectly?

    LEBODY products that have the CE certificate and meet the CE standards will not harm your skin in any way.

 

 

  • Do the products have a warranty? What is required for the warranty?

    All products have a warranty of 2 years. To be covered by the warranty, the invoice or warranty certificate for the products must be presented.

 

  • Where should I send the product for warranty?

 

It is sufficient to send your defective, damaged product by e-mail to our address, indicating the return number, a message with your complaint and contact details, and the return slip with the same information. Our customer service representatives will contact you as soon as we receive the product.

 

  • How are damaged products repaired?

    In the case of defective or damaged products, a new, brand-new product will be sent. For faults covered by warranty, the new product will not be charged.

 

 

  • Are the products invoiced?

 

Electronic invoicing is issued for all your orders and sent by email to your registered email account.

 

  • Can we collect the products ourselves?

    You can pick up your order in person by coming to our head office.

 

  • What are your payment options?

 

  1. Bank transfer

Customers sending payment by bank transfer or EFT must complete the "Transfer Notification Form" and send it to the "Seller". The "Seller" has the right to change, increase, decrease or cancel the payment options with effect for the future. The "Seller" is obliged to protect the information provided by the consumer for payment purposes.

 

  1. Credit card

Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order.

 

  1. Paypal

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must always be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

 

  1. Klarna (instant bank transfer)

The payment methods available to you are shown under a correspondingly designated button on our website or in the respective offer.

 

  • Do you take back or exchange products?

 

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

The returned product (unopened packaging, undamaged and unused boxes, accessories, etc., documents and labels must not be lost or deformed) must not have any conditions that prevent the sale in any way.

 

Due to hygiene regulations, the products used cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

  • Which shipping company do you use?

 

All our shipments are sent via the most reliable cargo companies such as DHL, Hermes, DPD and UPS.

 

  • In how many days will the cargo reach me?

 

Below you can see the estimated delivery times by country, based on averages.

If you place your order by 13:00 on a business day, your package will be shipped the same day.

 

Germany / 1-3 working days

 

Austria, Netherlands, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden / 2-5 working days

 

Switzerland / 4-8 working days

 

  • Is there a charge for shipping?

    For all orders over 200 EUR, shipping to all EU member states is free of charge.

 

Shipping costs will be added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.

 

  • What is the L-Score? How do you win?

    L-Score is the discount points you earn as a result of certain activities.

 

1 point = means 1 EUR discount.

 

 

  • How do you use L-Points?

    After becoming a member, follow the steps My Account > Money Points, enter the amount you want to use and click on the "Create Gift Voucher" button. Then, before completing your order, select your gift voucher from the "My Gift Vouchers" box in your shopping cart and use it by clicking "Complete Order".
